Oversee expansion of Vanderbilt SCNO, a student-led, pro-bono consulting organization providing high-impact, professional consulting services for various nonprofit organizations and social enterprises in the Greater Nashville Area and all around Tennessee.

Recruited SCNO’s most diverse nonprofit client cohort, with partnerships in the environment, civic design, disabilities, music, & healthcare spaces. Developed project scopes with client partners for the 5 project teams.
CO-LEAD, VANDERBILT NONPROFIT SPEAKER SERIES | JULY 2020 – MAY 2021
Organized the flagship SCNO Nonprofit Speaker Series, leading 7-person committee & establishing contact with 60+ national & community leaders. Moderated 4 sessions in March & April 2021 with over 200+ participants.
PROJECT MANAGER | AUGUST 2019 – MAY 2020
Led a team of 6 consultants to devise financial sustainability, corporate outreach, & organizational expansion strategies for the Tennessee Charitable Care network, a Tennessee-based healthcare nonprofit. Proposed to the Board of Directors a novel, evidence-based membership dues model projected to increase nonprofit’s revenue from dues by 32%.

Supported Habitat for Humanity Greater Nashville project team to expand youth outreach and organizational involvement, spearheading recommendation towards establishing a joint internship program with Vanderbilt University.

Executed data strategy project supporting pneumococcal vaccine manufacturing process operations to address increased market demand amidst COVID-19 pandemic. Led prototype development for change management intern taskforce for the department.

THE SYBBURE SEARLE UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH PROGRAM
RESEARCH FELLOW | NASHVILLE, TN | MAY 2019 – PRESENT
The SyBBURE Searle Program aims to incubate and inspire the next generation of innovators through research, design, and community. Funding and mentorship provided to conduct independent research in the Advanced Therapeutics Laboratory. Intersecting molecular biology and gene-editing to create novel cell models for biomedical applications.

VANDERBILT VANGUARD

Co-founded the Vanderbilt Vanguard, Vanderbilt University’s undergraduate STEM newspaper. The Vanguard’s goal is to cover global and community scientific & technological advancements while sharing students’ perspectives and experiences with science on a personal, professional, and global scale. Oversaw recruitment efforts and Fall 2020 & Spring 2021 publications, managing Staff Writer team in publishing 55+ articles in 3 months.
